Hello Everyone:
I have a vintage Ever-Ready 100T for sale that was redone by Shavemac in best badger, which is one step below silvertip. I already have a Shavemac silvertip and frankly I'm not sure if I can tell the difference between the silvertip and best badger.
The 100T was bought NOS in the box and used about two months before sending it to Shavemac to be redone. For the "used brush-squeamish" out there, this brush was only received a few days ago and has NEVER BEEN USED. The only flaw that I see, which is very minor, is a slight 1/2 inch scratch in the black part of the handle. You probably won't even notice it unless you go looking for it and get the light just right.
The cost of rebrushing a brush like this at Shavemac is $94. I'd like to sell this brush for $75 shipped, which probably saves you at least $30 when you factor in the cost of a vintage brush, postage, and a lot of time standing in post office lines.
PM if you're interested... thanks.
