Are PTFE coated SE blades for shaving?

I found some SE blades that are used in medical work. They don't say for shaving, but they are PTFE coated and stainless steel and come in 100's and 200's. Is that the coating shaving blades have? It sounds like they would work. Does anyone know for sure?

You betcha. Are they Ted Pellas? If so, excellent blades.

I have some boxes of old DE razor blade that are "Made in the USA of the finest Swedish steel" and they were intended for medical use and they work fine for shaving.
