Got this razor via West Coast Shaving with some Speick Bath soap. The soap was the only thing I wanted until I saw this beauty and I resisted for about 6 hours before I gave in.

I guess this is part of Parker's "upscale" range. The 14R has a buffalo horn handle and mine is absolutely beautiful. I still kinda wish that I had bought the cow horn version (13R) since it matches my brush, but I'm not going to complain too much, because this is a nice razor. Substantial, heavy enough considering the handle, and shaves as well as my Merkur 23. Not too aggressive but I don't care about that, honestly. I just wanted a horn-handled razor and I'm happy with this. Plating is a tad thinner than the Merkur but that's not a big deal to me either. And it comes in a really nice faux-alligator skin case, big enough for 3 razors or more.

I decided to try and put the Merkur head on this beauty of a handle since both razors are 3-piece. And the Merkur head fits perfectly (not so with the Parker head on the Merkur handle though). I think I'll stick with this, as I like the shape of the Merkur head a little more.

The only problem I have with this horn handle, though, is that it doesn't have a hole in the bottom for water to drain out. Since I don't have a decent camera, pictures are here:
