This seems an odd question. Then again, this board is full of odd questions. So, why shouldn't I ask one?

I've kept an eye out for a print of this photo for some time. I've never seen it. Even when Evgeny Khaldei enjoyed some popularity in the US, it was nowhere to be found. Any ideas would be welcomed.

In case you were wondering and didn't know, this is a photo he shot of Marshal Zhukov in Red Square at the ceremony marking the end of WWII. The story I've heard is that Stalin wanted to ride a white stallion across the square. When he was repeatedly thrown, an actual patriot and old cavalryman, Zhukov took his place.

Assuming there are no copyright violations, perhaps you could take the file (or URL) to a place like Kinko's or a camera store and have them print it for you.

That's what i'd do if I wanted a large print with a view to framing it. Alternatively, if you only wanted a small print, you could find someone you know who has a printer for their digital camera (you know the type), save the image onto a camera or USB stick, then get some nice paper and print it off on that.

The only problem with that is that the larger the print you want, the bigger (or rather better resolution) the original needs to be. Sure they could blow up an 800x600 copy but it wouldn't look very good at say 5x or 10x magnification.

I've only found low-res digital copies. I was hoping for a print from the original, so the clarity would be as good as possible.

Getty Images has a bunch of Marshal Zhukov pictures but not the one you want from what I can see.
