Have new Gillette Platinum Blades Arrived?

Guys, I just noticed some Gillette Platinum blades made in Russia on the Bay in packaging I haven't seen before. These are being sold by Jason (dridiot). Are these new? Anyone try em? Are they better than the yellow packs?
