Thanks to everyone here for all the tips and techniques. I am finally getting the shaves that I hoped for when I started shaving with a DE razor. It was very frustrating at first, but I stuck with it. If anyone gets dissappointed from getting cut up or getting razor burn when they first start out, stick with it and practice.:smile:

Take your time shaving and remember only you know your beard and face. Important shaving tips are preparing your shaving area and "don't " press the razor let the blade do the work.

Nice update and encouragement for others just starting out! The transition to a DE does take some time and practice, but it definitely worth it.
