Hi folks.
For those who buy from some of the great e-tailers in the U.K. like the Gentleman's Shop (http://www.gentlemans-shop.com/), I have some advice for you, which I have learned from experience. When you check out, the websites typically give you the option in paying in dollars through Worldpay, or sticking with pounds through your credit card. Stick with the pounds and let your credit card do the conversion - the rate is usually much better. On my last order, Worldpay was quoting me a conversion equivalent to $1.90 the pound. Opting instead to pay in pounds on my credit card, I ended up getting billed the equivalent of $1.70. This can provide you significant savings.
