FT A set of Henckels scales

I have a set of Henckles scales and a Dubl Duck Special #1 blade. I want to trade the Henckles scales for a new set of scales installed on my DD. Interested? Shoot me a PM.

I'm curious what the rate for a blade like that would be. I have access to a well equipped machine shop and might want to make a project out of something like that. I'm not there yet, but maybe in a month or so.

Depends. As it is, the back side has some lousy grind marks where it looks like someone used a dremel to remove tarnish or rust. The edge is not involved and the blade looks full with little or no hone wear. Without doing anything to the blade probably $15. I plan on hand sanding the grind marks out.

I'll keep it in mind, I'm probably too busy to treat this the way it needs to be done so don't feel held up by me.
