I have an extraordinarily stupid question, How do you pronounce "Penhaligons"?

I've been wearing it recently and I keep getting comments from people and I'm not sure how to pronounce it, I hate when I can't pronounce something correctly, it makes me feel dumber than posting this thread.

No such thing as a stupid question, bro.

There is actually another thread on this one, but I believe it is Pen-HAL-i-guns

I agree with Scotto's pronunciation...

On a sidetrack... I USED to think there was no such thing as a stupid question... Used to say that all the time... I don't anymore...

I'm sitting in my office and a fellow worker walks in and says, "Stupid question for you." I immediately said, "Well you know, there is no such thing as a stupid question!" Then he responds with his question, "Capital letters... Are they the big ones or the little ones?!?" Now keep in mind he was SERIOUS, no joking at all! :w00t: I have NO IDEA how I managed to keep a straight face that day, but I did...

Compared to that, my question is genius!

It's spelled luxury yacht, but it's pronounced throatwarbler mangrove.

I remember that on the Howard Stern show, about ten years ago or so, he had a recurring bit where he would ask the simplest of questions to drop dead gorgeous models and playmates.
One particularly scholarly yound lady was asked "what is the boiling point of water?"........

To which she responded, "Legally?"

Call up the penhaligons customer service department after hours and hear for yourself. The automated message says it all, straight from the horses mouth.:001_smile

Personally I like stupid questions as they present me with the rare opportunity to look less than stupid.

And now for something completely different...
