Does Merkur sell spare razor parts?

I wanted to get a few razor top caps for the merkur HD razor from the new molds. Does anybody know if Merkur sells spare parts? I wrote them a couple days about it, but haven't heard anything yet.

I've never seen Merkur parts available for sale anywhere, but they do have a good reputation for replacing or repairing defective new razors.

A complete new HD from the new molds would only run you about $35 ... it would probably be too expensive just to order in a part, and then you'd have a spare top-cap left over, instead of two working razors for just a little bit more.

I lied and told Anne that my son flushed the knob of my Progress down the toilet and asked if I could buy a replacement.
They sent me one for free, I felt rather bad about that.:frown2:
