How to use a Twinplex Stropper

Hi Guys,

In a lot of vintage razors I bought recently, there was a 'Twinplex Stropper' - it's a small machine for sharpening DE safety razor blades. It looks pretty sound and working, so I thought I'd give it a try (not that I'm so tight as to want to sharpen DE blades for re-use rather than buy new, but just out of interest, to see if it actually works on a dull blade)

My question is, does anyone have any instructions for the Twinplex Stropper, or know how to use one?

Any info greatly appreciated.

I'll give this a shot. The instruction is printed in kind of a light tan colored ink and I can't seem to really get a very good sharp scan of it.

I don't know whether it will be readable or not. If nothing else, perhaps you can see the captions on the pictures which is most of what the instruction is actually about anyway.

Incidentally, have you ever tried shaving with a blade sharpened in a Twinplex?
