Who makes these blades?

I have a 10 pack of blades that just says "Double Edge Blades," and then underneath that is says "Made in Israel." I got these blades in a sampler pack and I used one for the first time the other night and got an incredible shave using this blade. These blades may be on par with the Personna Reds (which is my personal favorite).

If the blade wrappers are white with blue lettering, they're probably the "Israeli Personnas."
