So how did this come to be?? Let's have some history.

It took me a while to realize, but a few weeks ago, I made a comment in one of the tea threads that I was a "tea neanderthal" because hot water poured over a tea bag was as fancy as I got (whilst our brethren discuss puers, yixings, weights, brew times, etc.). and the "for the next month" bit is a hold over from my last custom (which lasted well more than a month).
