Finally got around to taking some pics of the shaving equipment that used to belong to my departed uncle.
I have been using it all and enjoying the nostalgia and great shaves these awesome tools provide.

You know... I'm not sure....
It seems pretty good, a few nicks on one side (it has two leather pieces)
and one side that is polished to a high mirror like shine! that must have been the side most used I'm thinking...
I tried it, but I am too new at the strop game to be able to tell anything much about it...lol
my pa tells me, his bro, brought the stuff back when he was in WW2 and remembers him shaving with it.... cool story too...
