What is your real name?
Erik

What are your nicknames/aliases?
EC

Where do you live?
El Paso, TX

What is your age (or) generation?
26

What are you in the real world?
Private Investigator

What is your favorite shave setup?
Schick Injector, Merkur Slant and Gillette Adjustable. Shaving creams are GFT Coconut, Rose and Sandalwood. Soaps are GFT Coconut and T&H.

What are your hobbies and favorite activities?
Spending time with my wife and toddler son. I don't get to do it much here but when my wife and I make our yearly trip to Montana I like to fish and camp. Like to read mainly military fiction and tru crime. I also like to mess with all my PI gear like hidden cameras and pin hole lenses and coming up with new ideas as to how to conceal these little cameras to covertly film someone.

I also like to volunteer with my local Candlelighters chapter and also volunteer at a local hospital with pediatric oncology patients. My son had cancer at birth and received his first chemo treatment when he was three days old so this is something near and dear to me. He is cancer free now but my wife and I help parents that are going through what we went through and we offer them support.

What else should the members of B&B know about you?
I am deeply Christian and conservative in my views. My wife is very liberal and is an assistant professor at our local university. So we have interesting talks at the dinner table!:)

PI - that's just friggin' cool. Even if you told me it's long and boring work, I still think that would be cool to have beside my name.

Anyway, welcome ot the B&B!

Peace,

Pierre

Welcome to B&B Erik!

Is there a Rosie's Cantina in El Paso? Sorry I've been listening to some old country music.

It takes strong parents to face the situations you and your family have faced. And then to assist other families! WOW! That says a lot about you. :001_smile

I'm sure there are alot of cantinas by that name. I know of at least one.:biggrin1: My wife and I really enjoy volunteering. I'll tell you what, those children going through chemo and everything associated with cancer are really chipper. I've known some adults who didn't deal with cancer like these kids can. They are a real inspiration. In the short time we've been volunteering (2 1/2 years) I've seen three children succumb to their cancers. Very sad.
