Just wanted to give a plug to Cotton Blossom Crafts (www.cottonblossomcrafts.com). I ordered my first DE razor from them late last week and was excited to get it to start a whole new life! I was anxious to receive it and was happy when I got the shipping and traking information almost instantly. My package arrived yesterday as expected, but instead of the Merkur HD, I found a 100 pack of feather blades!! Dissapointed, and calmly angry, I gave them a call. The nicest lady answered the phone and was very apologetic. They shipped me the HD immediately and told me to keep the blades. Its not often you'd get that great of a response from a company that made a mistake. We need more company's out there like them!! Enjoy!

I echo your sentiments, although they have never screwed up an order of mine. Their customer service is great, they're very friendly, quick to communicate, and FAST shippers. Chalk it up to Southern Hospitality, y'all! You are indeed lucky.

Mistakes happen, but an establishments ability to resolve an issue is a true testament to their service.

Hmmm, I recently ordered 100 Feathers from CottonBlossom. Maybe I'll get your razor, and they'll tell me to keep it? :thumbup:

So since I just recently ordered 100 feathers from them, if I don't get the razor should I complain? :biggrin:

Why is it that those who are new to anything have wonderful experiences( order razor,gets blades,ends up with one of the best blades on the market for free and still gets razor), while those of us in the 'game' for a while can only stare, drool, and shake our heads in amazement?
