Yeah, I've been drooling over the Astra prices for a while. They're a local barber supply store - no mail order from what I can tell. I live very close to them. Too bad they're only open on weekdays. It's not worth it for me to miss work to go there.

They also sell them in quantities of 100 on their web site. I've seen the 100 count on their ebay store as well. I think the price for the 1000 pack is a $10 less on the web site, but I didn't look at shipping.

I finally had a chance to stop in at their new location today.

I picked up 200 Astras. I sure do hope that I like them!

I also got three tubes of Derby cream (regular, lemon and menthol) for only $1.99 each. Now I can cross that off the list.

I did 3 times and had no problem so did many B&B members. Just keep in mind that it could take anywhere between 10 days to 6 weeks to get your order to USA From Turkey.

I've ordered the 1100 blades for $100 shipped from Barber Depot several times. The phone number is 877-292-0100, and they're definitely still in business. I've also ordered thousands of blades, including Astras, from Mirac at Bestshave. They're $0.09 per blade from Barber Depot, $0.08 from Bestshave, which makes a difference when buying in massive quantities. However, Barber Depot will get them to you in 2-3 days instead of 3-4 weeks. Take your pick.

Bestshave actually had Astras on sale, but the sale price would not show up in my cart. I emailed them a few times about this, and they never responded, so I have been a bit shy about using them. But it sounds like the guy is alright. I'll be ordering a thousand, so the price does matter.
