Has anyone tried this? Do you think it is worth buying? Is it quite floral? Also, what settings would it be appropriate in?

I absolutely feel it's worth the money. I get alot of patchouli and rose out of it. Very nice and basic musk fragrance. One of my favorite musk fragrances.

Yea, I'd classify it as fairly floral. It's pretty linear in my experience, I don't get any citrus out of it as the topnotes would suggest. It's pretty potent, a little goes a long way.
As for the situation, I'd classify it as more of a romantic frag. If that isn't the case, then it's better suited for cooler weather. It can be used just as well in warmer weather, but it's heavy, floral and musky presence would be better for colder months.
All-in-all, I really like the stuff. It's pretty "dirty" and animalic, if that's any use as a descriptive term.

I have the Oil version of the musk. I must say in my own opinion, its stronger and more lasting than its alcohol cologne version. A few dabs on the neck and your good to go.
