Just made the annual Halloween candy purchase pilgrimage -- this is pretty much the only time of year that candy bars float around our house. My favorite is Butterfinger, my lovely wife digs Kit-Kat.
What's your Halloween candy choice? (For the kiddies, of course!)

I'm going to your neighborhood next week.
Our area is a dentists dream..... king size candy bars, bags of M&Ms (not those weenie standard bags, I mean those BIG plastic bags), small boxes of sees candies, all sorts of over the top madness.

I'll take flak, surely, and I cannot explain it, but I actually like the candy corn.
I mean, it's not my favorite and I'd never buy it, but if there's a bag around, I cannot stay out of it.

I'm stuck back in elementary school... I like my women wearing Mary-Janes -- red ones, of course... with white anklets trimmed in pink and blue flowers.
Now, excuse me while I go indulge in some...

If you mean candy only available around Hallowe'en, I would say Mellowcreme Pumpkins.

I was always a fan of milk duds... that is until I had a child. Now milk duds remind me of, well, you know

Agree with ^ Sue. Candy corn, tries me crazy! I need to join some kind of 12 step program every October to beat this addiction. Good thing the stuff isn't around (the office or the house) the rest of the year.

Oh - you don't have to suffer thru withdrawals, Joe. Brachs sells Corn year 'round. The downside is sometimes it's not as fresh as it is this time of year. Just pinch a single kernal in the bag to make sure before you buy.
Below is a link for a case @ $50.00; that is for 10 pounds! Have it delivered to your work address if necessary. :blushing:
A premium quality version of the classic creamy vanilla mellocreme Halloween treat! Manufactured utilizing an hundred-year-old recipe from Herman Goelitz. There are approximately 415 candies per pound.
Unit Price = $4.95/lb.
Case contains 10 pounds of Candy Corn. (Over 4,000 pieces!!!)

Reses Pieces and Peanut Butter Cups.
From age 14-18 I worked at a Bulk Food / Candy Store.
We were allowed to eat anything we wanted while we were working under the "you'll get sick of it" premise. I never got sick of the Reses, although it took about another 4 years after quitting there before I was able to enjoy any other candies :-P
Around halloween we would get extra Reses Cups in. They came in a box 3'x3'x4' all individually wrapped. *drool*

they had those Batman bat shaped Dark Chocolate Reese's peanut butter cups when the movie came out. I couldn't find them anywhere. I even begged the people on this site to send me any they found. Got none.

Snickers or Baby Ruth for me.
When I was a kid, I was genuinely perplexed that more people weren't eating Snickers. If they were, I didn't see them. You should be proud of your Snickers-eating ways! Let the world see!
Candy corn of course.
I'm with you!
