Tajine Cooking?

Anyone have any experience with or favourite tajine recipes?

For those who don't know a Tajine is a clay pot, similar to a dutch oven, used commonly in North African, if specifically Moroccan cooking.

Yes i have!! Tagines are the nec plus ultra of the moroccan cuisine

My soap mug is a tagine clay pot as the pic shows but in smaller size, hand size...hand made in Marrakesh!!I miss Marrakesh!!:sad:
