Ted Pella offers a selection of single edge blades, including carbon and stainless steel and PTFE-coated stainless steel.
Has anyone compared these? Which is the sharpest?
Thanks.

There are several threads going on the SE right now. I think the PTFE-coated stainless 121-3 on the web site is the best from what I heard. Dave will swing through here in a few and check that I am sure,

looks like i didnt have to. you had it covered...haha.
uncoated stainless/carbon steel may hurt (a lot), but ymmv. i dont recommend it though. i dont know of anyone shaving with any SE blades other than the PTFEs but i could be wrong; stranger things have happened.

Does any reseller offer smaller batches than 200?
I'd like to try a coated Pella but would hate to get stuck with 199 I wouldn't use.
