I took a ride yesterday through Cecil County on my way to Delaware. While driving through the town of Elkton on rt. 40 I noticed a drive-through coffee shop called Fox Hollow. I enjoy a good blended/frozen coffee from time to time, and figured that any decent coffee joint serves them.

I was wrong. This was not a decent coffee. It was the best damn blended coffee I have ever had!! I got the "Gold Ribbon Mocha", which from what I remember from the menu is a blend of white chocolate, expresso, and caramel. Yeah, ole' Rolls has a notorious sweet tooth... Anyway, I just wanted to express my appreciation for this wonderful coffee shop. Starbucks is a joke next to this place.

Here is a link to thier website. Unfortunately, they only have one location on the entire east coast. You west coast guys are lucky.............

I'll have to check them out next time I'm out that way. Thanks for the heads up!

I like the Daily Grind, especially the newly opened "Firehouse Grind." (http://www.firehousegrind.com) It's located in the bottom level of the Fire Officer's union hall which is an old firehouse. It's also not too far from my firehouse, so it's convenient, too. Check it out if you make it to Baltimore, it's in the Canton neighborhood.
