With all the cleaned and polished razors out there, I wanna know if the finish on my razors are original. Is it supposed to be a silvery high luster shine or a more grey, matte finish?
My 1940s SS is gleaming shiny and my FatBoy/Slim/Super Adj are more of a matte finish (granted, they show a little more use)
Thanks!

Shiny I believe.
Achim has a fantastic collection of never/barely used and all are extremely shiny.

Thanks! I think I'll store my shiny SS and just use the duller ones. Also, after looking at those photos, I feel inadequate..

Each of the NIB or NOS razors I have are high shin including both Gold and Nickel.
