I am not aware of any colognes with menthol. Nevertheless, I find some of the citrus colognes refreshing. My favorites include Taylors No. 74, T&H West Indian Limes, Hermes Terre d'Hermes, Hermes Eau d'Orange Verte and Pecksniffs Fresh Citrus.
