It is not a hurricane yet, but my area is in the "Cone Of Uncertainty."
Any one else watching "Fay?"

In Jacksonville, so not in the direct line, but will come around my area some time Weds, by which point it will be a Tropical Storm (or hopefully even just a depression). I've got an eye on it, but not overly worried at this point.

Is that anything like the "Cone of Silence"?

I'm down here in Miami, but as of the 5pm advisory we're not even in the cone anymore...but who knows...

I'm in Clearwater, FL (west of Tampa), which puts me pretty much dead center when I checked this morning. Though it looks like most of the models (http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/tracking/at200806_model.html) now put it east of me.

Spoke to soon, as it is coming for us tomorrow. I'm hoping it doesn't build up too much steam before it comes back at us. Of course they was this thing has gone, no one knows, it keeps changing things up!

I live in South Florida, and "Fay" peed on us Monday night and Tuesday morning. I went downstairs this morning, to drive to a dentist appointment, and my auto had become the "Katrina Kar" -- there was an inch of water on the floorboards, and when I braked, or drove on a downhill grade, the water would slosh forward noisily, and my sneakers 'n socks got soaked!
Note: This is what happens when you get rear-ended by an illegal immigrant who's not insured... I just don't have a spare $3,000 for repairing (among other things) the sprung trunk lid.
I know... duct tape is our friend

With any luck, Atlanta will get a good soaking from Fay. We need 5" just to get up to average for this time of year, and the drought has been going on for years. Ugh.
