Someone's got a bad case of SBAD, and thankfully it is not me (though I'm not sure how long I can hold it off, haha - and these pics of all these brushes sure isn't helping).

Those look awesome. Of the two PO, which do you prefer? Thought you got that green handled one, and not the blue?

So far it is the blue one, you should see the bloom on it after I used it today  I will be buying another one from Tony but a best badger to see what that one is like  I am working on a review, I took pictures today so it should be up either tomorrow or the next day.

Yes, very pretty indeed. What's your impression of how they lather relative to that 2233?

The 2233 is an ok brush a little small for my liking and the brush was a little too soft makes it hard to use soap great with creams but I really like my PenWorks brushes.

Very nice collection Paul, yours is going up and mine is going down.
I see some people have a black sheep in their family, but you have a white sheep in yours

Just had dinner and returned to the studio to get caught up on brush orders.

Thanks again for your business.

Here is my new 24mm extra dense green/black handle. It looks way better in person as my pics make the handle colors look kind of funky. I rinsed with shampoo and conditioner and lathered up with a col. conk amber soap that I had used once and decided I didn't like it, but after lathering with this brush produced one of the thickest, nicest lathers. I then lathered with TOBS avocado. Lathered great. The brush lost no more than 5 hairs while shampooing (I was agressive when shampooing and lathering), and about 3 while lathering which I did for about a total of 20min. This brush is very soft and dense and slightly floppy but lathers soaps and creams very well.

Those are some BLURRY pictures my man. May want to get friendly with your Macro or Image Stabilization functions on your camera, a tripod, or some other device to steady your hand. Nice brush though

I think you will be very happy with your Penworks brush. I just received my second brush from Penworks. They both lather up well, are a bit more stiff than my Kent BK4. But, at less than half or a third the price, they are a great value. Another plus is you will have a unique one of a kind brush not the same as everyone elses.

Just ordered a Brush from Penworks. It's a 24mm bronze burl. Can anyone tell me the overall length of a brush like this? I'm also curious how the 20mm's compare to the 24mm's both in size and performance. Right now I've got a Vulfix 2234(4 1/4" overall with a 22mm knot), a C&E Super badger(4 5/8" overall with a 25mm knot) but I'm interested in trying out a smaller brush.
