A great way to start up the week with a full mailbox. :001_smile
A Foldabrush shave kit, a boxed Tech and a nice heavy gold Schick Krona.
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h89/csbswMT/Score8-4_1_1_1.jpg
This Foldabrush system is pretty dang ingenious. It comes with everything you need. A Gillette NEW razor, a place to store blades, a re-loadable shaving cream tube and the really cool Foldabrush that is very useable and has high quality Badger hair. I think this will be my new travel set.

This beauty came in the mail today. No paint loss on the handle and very shiny. Looks like it was never used. It even came with the instructions. Other than stress marks? on the lid of the case, everything is perfect.

Got it last Friday, but finally got around to downloading the picture. $18 at the local antique store. A little bit of crap on it, but all in all in pretty good condition. Used a little bit of brasso to clean it up, waiting for the maas to show up and see what it can do. Finally got something to practice honing on.

Hello Ladies! Pink came last week, the rest came today. I accidentally scored a complete set. Haven't had time to clean them yet, but they all look nice, all paint still in tact.

I'm in awe of Bernd of Shavemac's service:thumbup:. I emailed him at the very last minute(literally, two days ago) before he left for vacation to see if I could still get a genuine horn brush. Two days later I have this beauty in my hands:w00t: The pictures don't do this brush justice. I love the darker horn as it contrasts that of my Rooney. I can't wait to try it later today with some frasers polar ice sc :001_smile

As I research the brush it was manufactured by Metelfield Mfg out of NY. It looks like they made lots f Lady compacts. I can not find anything on the weekender. As my brother and myself talk about this we figure the brush was for the shoes. We all know the use for the razor. The metal tube in the center has cork in both ends and screws apart, to small for your favorite sipping fluid maybe aftershave. The 1 tube I assume might be bakelite since this was before plastic was developed no idea. It looks like 1 pc is missing I think a comb might have went inside the slot on the end of the brush. The little button on the side to get it out of the brush? Any info would be appreciated.

This is an awesome set. New to my eyes...
I could not have even hoped for this to be as nice as it turned out to be. Sorry there are so many pictures... I am a bit excited about it. It is New Old Stock. Blades sealed with instructions, cologne and aftershave unopened, razor beautiful, I have never had a case so clear. I always said I would never buy a razor and not use it, but I think I am going to eat those words. I saw Achim has one similar, but his cologne bottle is white, I wonder if that is a regional thing, or a date thing... Anyway, the pictures:
