I bought a case of this stuff in Vienna. I think they label it something else in North America. It smells great though.

That is hilarious; I have been using it for months. In America it is called RECOVERY but I think it should be called Anti-Hangover. They used to have one infused with straight O2 but I don't remember what it was called but it was blue and also smelled great.

It says Mg-O2 on the front, however I think you are right it is just the straight Recovery.
I'm huge on European Toiletries, specifically Germany/Austrian. I have found that the quality of the minerals used is of much higher grade than stuff made across the pond. It's also more expensive though.

You imported from Europe? I don't think this product is for sale in North America.

I have it. Im not so fussed on it, to be honest. Coffee and bacon is a much more delicious cure for my hangovers anyway.

No
And here it's Axe Recovery

That's hilarious. I have had both versions. I picked up the "Anti-hangover" version in Germany in 2003, and a few years later picked up the US "recovery" version...
Wife even likes it.

I love Axe's bath soaps. Smells great!! (Thought the Snake Skin smells too much like stale marijuana smoke for my taste)

Actually I have to admit... I picked up a couple of bottles of the body wash and smelled them in the grocery store one day... Some of them did smell pretty good... In fact, one..... Vice maybe? was almost a dead ringer for GIT... I was really close to picking a couple up... I just couldn't get over the embarrassment...

Is there anything coffee and bacon cannot set right?

I tried mixing my morning eye-opener with this stuff, but it tasted awful and didn't do anything for my hangover. Blatantly false advertising.

I have tried the majority of Axe body washes. Recently, I took a trip to Wal-Mart and I was in the soap isle and I saw a body wash called "Alpine Xtreme" most of the time I see the blue version but this time I went with ever green forest. I recommend the soap. It is in a pump bottle.

if you are male, need, or feel compelled to shave, weigh more than 129 pounds, and have hair of a genetically predetermined shade. ...... then you probably have enough testosterone in your system to bludgeon the stench off of your body shortly after leaving the shower. however, i prefer to use something that doesn't smell like the bathrooms at the jonas brothers house. to each his own. yrmv
You need an upgade on your soap-

That Floris bar soap looks rather appealing. I might have to procure some. Anyway, on to my comments about Axe. They have clean scents, lather well, and leave your skin feeling clean. They might make you smell like a teenager, but is that really so bad? What can you expect for $4.99? You won't be left smelling as good as you would had you invested in some higher quality toiletries, but the value is good for the money.

I have used the Axe body wash before. It's OK, gets the job done. The smell isn't as strong to me, as in others. Right now I am using some Gillette mess I picked up at Ollie's for a good price. To me it must work and be cheap. The latter is the most important part.

I don't know... Maybe they haven't tried?
The irony here is that these products are detergent not soap.

I enjoy a wide variety of body washes just to mix it up everyday. If the scent smells good to me I will use it.
Having said that, I actually have 2 body washes from Axe based on this criteria. I have "Dark Temptation" as well as "Phoenix".
I also happen to be 41 years old

I'll admit to giving them a try, along with a jug of an Old Spice body wash. I thought that they'd be convenient for showering at the gym. I didn't like the smell of any of the Axes and there was some kind of strange abrasive in one of them--like little flakes of plastic. Anyway, I kept looking and settled on Dr. Bronner's and the Agua Lavanda Puig gel.

It's easy to bash on brands that advertise their products by telling you they help pick up women, because it's so ridiculous. But, if the product works, give 'er. I currently have an Axe shampoo, and even if women aren't suddenly being aroused by my hair, it was cheap and does the job. And I've used the body washes.
I liken it to Gillette, if the Fusion shaved well and was more affordable, I'd still shave with it despite the tacky design.

I think the oxygen has to be "in" your system to help a hangover, not in the soap outside you body.

One of the many answers to "What's wrong with axe?" The little flakes of plastic are actually polyethylene.

Um, since when were shower gels Soaps? In the case of Axe, it is most assuredly a detergent.
If you like their smells, then more power to you.
Good Bath Soap is in a different league.
