SOLD!!!
I have a mint (and I do mean mint) 40's SuperSpeed (no date code) which I do not use, nor favour. After 2yrs of wetshaving, I have resigned myself to being a very satisfied Gillette Tech man!! So... instead of hoarding it to myself (which I believe to be a travisty when not used), I have decided to post it for sale in the BST.
The razor is indeed mint... there is no brassing, no wear or hazing of the finish, no dents, no dings, and no scratch marks of any kind. ('Silo doors' do have a few very miniscule pin marks, but are barely noticable.) The TTO knob turns freely and the 'silo doors' open smoothly and evenly. NB: This razor is being sold without a case.
Prior to shipping, I will sanitize (boil) and polish the razor (although I do not believe it could possibly benefit from the polishing). I will also lubricate the workings with mineral oil.
Asking $30.00 USD plus shipping. (Shipping to USA is $7.00 USD -- all others, pm me for a quote.) International buyers are welcome. Payment via PayPal only.
