Shave under nose?

I've got my dad using a shaving brush and proraso products but he's not yet ready to delve into using a DE razor. He's still using is Mach3. It seems to work for him but I'm going to keep trying to give him an SS. In any event, he keeps asking me what the best way to shave the hair under his nostrils is. I don't seem to have a problem with this area on my face so I don't have much of an answer for him. He asked about buying a straight razor just for those hard to get hairs but I don't know if that would help or not. Whats would be the best way for him to get at those hairs considering he's set on using his Mach 3. Any advice is greatly appreciated THANKS!!

Shave sideways, from the center of the lip to the corner of the mouth. Many straight razor users do that.

Pull nose up and out of the way. Should make it easy.

I actually find it harder to use a M3 under the nose then a DE or Straight. Tell that to him, may make the switch even faster.
