This razor was gifted to me by Roger Sadowsky, a forum member and a builder of great guitars and basses. So, to celebrate his generosity, I'm paying it forward with this razor. I'm ready for a new razor, so I'm offering this razor free to any Newbie.

Here's my preferences:

Must be a newbie
Must not yet own a DE razor
I would prefer to PIF this to a musician

This is a true PIF. As long as you live in the CONUS, you will not have to pay a dime...

That's downright nice of you.

I'm about as new as they come, I registered and stopped lurking (lurking to try to learn how to get into DE shaving) because of this post :tongue_sm

I'm not a true musician, but I love music! Do I qualify?

Well, I'd prefer to wait a bit longer for a musician, but you've got the right name for it. Low Key G - "G" is a name of a key. So, you're in the running...

I do play guitar (in a very amateur way) as well as piano. I don't consider myself a true musician however, because I have friends who write their own music and play in bands.... And I'm not that

Thanks for the consideration!

I'll throw in my bid for this, in a roundabout way:

I am a musician. I've been playing some instrument or another since I was 5 years old (I'm 26 now). Piano, all versions of Saxaphone, a little clarinet, a little viola, guitar, and I am coming along nicely with Guitar Hero

I would actually like to get this for my Dad, who I am trying to get back into DE shaving since he has been away from it for so long:

So, like I said, it's kinda roundabout, but I figured I would put my name in the hat

I'll throw your name in the hat. Let's keep this offer open!

Last I saw Roger on here, it looked like he was selling off all his stuff.

I don't qualify for this PIF, but this is a nice offer.

I just LOVE these kinds of threads! Let me think about what I can give away...

I also have about half a tube of C&E Sandlewood shave cream. Since I've found Mama Bear soaps, as well as some other creams of my liking, I'm no longer using this cream. I would gladly PIF it to whoever is chosen as well.

:eek::eek::eek: BRILLIANT! [/guinesscommercial]

Thanks guys, I don't know what else to say. I called my dad when I read this (he had no idea I even put my name in for this) and he was blown away, and super ecstatic, he says Thanks to you guys.

Sending out PM's now.

I'll definitely be doing a PIF myself in the future once I get something worthwhile. B&B is such a great community, now I can see why it comes so highly recommended

I just got home from work, and the mail man brought me goodies

Crappy cellphone pics :blushing:

Despite what the pics make it look like, it is in GREAT shape, very clean, no brassing. The actual color of the razor is almost a shiny gunmetal grey, it's very pimp

I can't thank you enough, I'm gonna take it over to my dad's house tomorrow and give it to him, I'll report back with how he likes the shave, but I'm sure he will be ecstatic.

Thanks again :001_smile

This should give your dad a good re-introduction to wet shaving. Once he gets back in the hang of it, he'll probably want a more agressive razor.

Shave creams showed up a few days ago, sorry I have been so busy the last few days I haven't had time to post. Thanks again man, once I get a chance to see my dad again I'll make sure he gets the creams
