I hate getting rid of this baby, but my shaves with it just don't go so well (a little too aggressive for me).

It is an open comb Gillette Tech made in England, and comes with the thin handle and its bakelite case. The bakelite case has some slight damage where some of the dividers have bits snapped off the top (can be seen in the picture of the case). Barely noticable, and it does not affect the working of the case.

The Razor is in superb condition. The 2 head pieces look as if they were made yesterday (on the pics there is still some shaving soap residue on them, I'll have that cleaned before I dispatch it) and the handle is also in great condition, and although its thin, it has some nice weight to it.

A great piece, and you don't see them all too often either. I will include a pack of green 7 O'clock Gillette Blades.

I'd like £13 via PayPal, which includes delivery to the UK. £14 for delivery to Europe/Canada/USA. (If you can find a way to avoid PayPal fees, I'll take £1 less. Transactions from bankaccounts in PayPal don't avoid the fees for me, as I have a premium account)

SOLD!!

Was surprised at how quickly this thing went. Must be one of my fastest sales ever.

Strange how popular this thing is. Next time I see one I'll have to grab it up again.

Please do. These English NEW's are not exactly common and I just LOVE those Bakelite cases! :001_wub:

I don't think it is an English NEW, just an opencomb Tech.

All Tech's have straight safety bars.

But it has the same head as a tech just with a comb. News have that distinct head. I think we need mr-razor here.

Very nice! I would have jumped on that one, too!

The English News I have are 2 piece, not 3 piece and I don't think Techs were made as open comb (maybe in England?)
