Has anyone improvized with shave creams? I'm thinking about adding some essential oils to Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort Shaving Cream since it's unscented, e.g., Rosmarinus officinalis, Rosa damascena, Eucalyptus globulus, Persea americana. My quest (obsession  ) for the perfect shave cream. . . . Any thoughts, suggestions?

I've tried adding essential oils to Palmolive cream. Works rather well!

I don't think T&H Ultimate Comfort is unscented enough for your needs. IMHO the UC cream has its own very nice scent.

Agree with Richard. T&H UC is technically unscented, but it actually has a pretty significant aroma. Lavender, which they use for its skin conditioning properties (hence why it is still called unscented), but which also gives the stuff a very pleasing scent of its own. Not sure what other options are out there for an unscented cream.

While I haven't tried it, AOS (http://www.theartofshaving.com/taos/shaving-cream.php?sku=30000) makes an unscented cream.
