Looking for a manly soap

I am currently shaving with Williams soap and I like the scent. Clean and not fruity or girly.

I read all the posts about everyone raving about the lime soaps. I though well if its mild enough maybe. I smelled the KMF lime cream and, no offense, but to girly for me.

Is there anything cleaner. I really do not have the capitol to by a whole bunch of stuff. Tea Tree is ok, no on the patchulli. I think you may understand?

If that doesn't work, sandalwood is very manly, or veitver if that's not cave man enough.

Some sort of Bay Rum. I'm partial to Pirate Cove's Bay Rum (http://www.piratescovesoapworks.com/bayrum3.htm) and it's cheap at $3 plus $2 shipping ($2 shipping for up to two pucks).

there's lots of tabacco smelling soaps. i know mama bear's make a fresh cut grass one. bay rum is always a good choice, kind of old spice like. the sandalwood or nomad from crabtree and evelyn is pretty manly.

of course you could always NOT shave and be grisly adams.

You might try Harris Almond for nice, clean scent. If want something more manly then Harris Malborough soap is good.

Most anything from DR Harris (except for the lavender)

AOS Sandalwood

Any of these and you wont go wrong ( i suggest starting with the Conk Amber..cheeap as dirt and the shaving is really slick and cushiony cant go wrong)

Mama Bear has some excellent varieties to choose from. If you go to her website you can pretty much figure out which ones you're looking for from the descriptions. Some are complex like dragons tears that have multiple EOs in them.

Seriously, many good soaps have already been mentioned. Mama Bear sells a bunch. One not mentioned that I like both from Mama Bear and Honeybee Spa is the Frankincense and Myrrh. Though each is different they are certainly not a scent I imagine many women wanting to wear.
