View Full Version : Caveat emptor on this Escher
Look at this:
Is there a crack running straight thru the hone?
I'll ask the seller but thought I had to warn you guys. In your excitement of having a chance to own an Escher it is easily overlooked.
I hope this is the right place tp post this, if not please move this thread to where it belongs.

Seeing the picture a would be buyer will recognize it.
Thanks Papasmurf for you efforts to comform my post to B&B regulations.
Seller sent me additional pictures to prove it is not a crack. He says it is a rut on the back side of the hone.

Doesn't this look like a brick?

it is the back side of the hone. I was a bit surprised myself that the back of the hone did not have a label like most Eschers. Often the back of an Escher is not polished.
