Sometimes good and sometime bad

Hi Guys,

Been having mixed results recently with my Sensor Excel and Bodyshop cream.

Would a different cream help at all ?

Sometimes I get a great shave and other times I don't. I don't really change anything much between each shave so has anyone got any good tips for me ?

How long do you normally use one cartridge?

Well i work two days and two nights. I have to shave for work so normally use one per shift cycle.

I really should have asked how many shaves you get out of one cartridge.

Lol. Well I normally use them for four shaves.

I have just got my DE so will be using that, still not happy with lather from Body Shop stuff though. Maybe time for a change.

For your money, if you want to try a glycerin soap, I'd go with any of the Sues (Mama Bear, Honeybee Spas, or SCS), or Col Conk.

All very reasonably prices, and excellent soaps.

If you want a cream, you could try to get Proraso from Bath and Body Works (branded as CO Bigelow).

What were you using before the Body Shop cream? And also, how were those shaves in comparison?
