When you're entering your post there's a little toolbar above where you type. A little right of the middle is a button with a yellow background and a cute little mountain. If you hit that button and put the address of the image (http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g88/kevan47/IMG_0464.jpg in this case) it'll put it in the correct tag for you.
