Tobacco trading?

Are we allowed to offer up pipe tobacco for trade? I remember this being questioned a while back, but couldn't find the answer.

No, although there is a informal tobacco trade going on. I don't have the link handy at the moment, but search for posts by "Zeni" and you'll find it easy enough.
