Would a Shavemac Silvertip be a good brush for someone with sensitive skin? I'm a face latherer and only use creams and I was wondering if this would be a good brush for me. Just thought I'd ask for some opinions before I go and spend around $100 US.

Thanks for the feedback.

I think it would be great. It makes a good face latherer, because it has the density and softness to have decent backbone. At the same time, though, it is EXTREMELY soft on the skin.

That's my experience as well. You don't even have to get the silvertip, the finest is as soft as it can be and is even whiter than most companies' silvertip.

I just tried my Shavemac for the first time this morning and I agree it's perfect for senstive skin. Compared to my other silvertip brush this one has a much stronger, denser feel but it is VERY soft on the face. I would heartily recommend it.:thumbup1:

I have a 429 that I received in December, it is finest grade and very soft. A great brush for 75.00..
