What else should the members of B&B know about you?
As with many I had always seen shaving a chore, something to avoid and put off for as long as possible. I stuck to the well known productes which touted themselves to give the best results and forever cursed the irritation and bumps that went along with it. Having been wet shaving for 8 years I was set in my ways, Mach 3 was the only way to go, and I was too lazy to find another way.

Last week things changed when somehow I came across an article on MSNBC "How to get that perfect shave" which got me thinking maybe there was a better way. Starting a little research, I came across this site and made good use of it coming up with a few products to get me started, and the results so far have been fantastic. After a nervous start my confidence with a DE blade is growing, and while its given me a couple of small nicks, it's no more than the mach 3 gave. The brush feels great on the skin, and the cream is amazing compared to the gels I used to use. Only 3 shaves in I'm already getting better shaves than the mach 3 ever gave me. It's only right that I register and thank everyone who has contributed to this forum, as you have helped start me down a path of shaving nirvana.

Welcome, Phil, and congrats on changing the face of shaving (HAHA, is that a cheesy line or what?).
