The shop seems like they have been around awhile and the return policy seems quite liberal, I have not used them myself I just thought I would pass on the link I found to those whom might be interested.

Knox Cigar is indeed a good place to do business with. However, one note on the Coates on sale: as Austin indicated it is the "dried" pots on sale...and there is NO return on them! There have been mixed reviews on the "dried" Coates.

Before everyone is scared off of a potential bargain. THey have the Coates pots for two prices. $19.60 and $10.00. I believe it is the $10.00 pots that are stale stock, read dried out.:ihih:

I have a pot of the dried out stuff that rehydrated quite nicely - there is a separate link on how to revive it.

The easisest way is to add a little water and let it sit and then stir it up a bit - but avoid whipping it as it can start to lather.

I think some folks have just used the dried out stuff like a soap with good results too - but, YMMV.
