Wow! Not as sharp as stated. They worked really well I enjoyed this shave. No nicks, real nice blade to shave with. We will see how continuous use fair's on my face. Gotta say first shave im impressed.

Agreed. I don't why they have the reputation for slicing people up. I find with a light touch they are the gentlest blades around.

I love the Feathers Hi Stainless blades in my Merkur HD. Not so much in my Slant. In the Slant they seem too aggressive for my face. Just right in the HD.

I, too, was expecting something scary when I first tried a feather, but was surprised to experience a nice, smooth shave.

It's just like any other above-average quality blade.

No matter which razor I use the feathers just irritate my skin. I get my best irritation free shaves with the Swedish Gillettes.

+1 on Feathers..Such good blades don't even give me a reason to try others. Feather+HD = Perfect Combo
