After finding a blade that is compatible with your beard and skin, do most here stick with that blade from then on out? How many blades do you usually order?

In my experience, blade acquisition is almost like razor acquisition. There are never enough. I have about 800 blades of various brands and, even though it's enough for over 10 years of shaving, I'm always looking.

That said, when I find blades I particularly like, I do purchase in bulk amounts of 100 to 500. In the past some vendors have offered B&B members exceptionally good deals on blades. Look for them.

Depends on the blade, lots of blades Derbys, Dorcos, Crystals, etc. tend to only be available in lots of 100.

I mix it up - I typically use Derbys, but have got some samples of Dorcos, Feathers, Crystals/IPs, Gillette Swedes on the go.

I like to mix it up which is why I've got a bunch of different blades around, but I tend to do most of my shaving with the Derbys, which are the only blade I have a lot of.

There's no right or wrong, just personal preference - lots of guys have 100s of blades around.

I have pretty much settled on Feather blades. My last order was for 250 blades.

However, I do enjoy a little variety. I am thinking about ordering another couple of hundred blades of a few different brands. I haven't decided which ones, yet.
