I've scored a hole bunch of razors on ebay which all need a good cleaning. I hear OXY or OXI clean works really well. Does anyone know which of the two is the right formula and where I could purchase some?
thanks

I have found Oxi Clean (http://www.oxiclean.com/default2.asp)at Wal Mart and at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I also found an imitation cleaner at All A Dollar, but I haven't tried it yet.

Randy,

Thanks for the link! Now which one do you use? Dish detergent, carpet, kit etc? There is like 10 to chose from.
thanks!

I use Oxi Clean Miracle Foam (http://www.oxiclean.com/151480A00products.asp?MainNav=Products&SubNav=Versatile), but I have never used Oxi Clean on a razor. I normally use Soft Scrub with Bleach, diluted about 50/50 with water.

Does anyone know if Oxi Clean Miracle Foam or which Oxi clean will be OK to clean razors?

Never tried it. I use Soft Scrub with bleach as well. Then some MAAS.

Maybe URINE BLASTER (http://www.oxiclean.com/864156A00products.asp?MainNav=Products&SubNav=Gift), aka Piss Off!, is the answer?:001_rolle

Don't know just how much cleaning you need to do on your razors, but I have found that the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are about the best thing to use on my razors. May be worth a shot, unless your razors are really dirty and you want something more aggressive.

Excuse my coarse humor, but it was one of those rare convergences that just required the comment. Sorry Randy, but next time PISS OFF!
