Here are a few handles. All are set for a 22mm knot and I can set the depth to your liking. I can also install a knots (contact me for prices). All handles shown are $35 shipped CONUS. The Chubby has a cone shape cut in the bottom to remove a nasy looking defect that was in the bank and is only $30 shipped. It is hard to see but the chubby us black and gold

I also have a 23mm Muhle Synthetic Silvertip available. I dont think it will work in any of the above as the knot does not have the same base as anything I have ever used. If you are interested in getting a handle with this knot let me know via PM
