What types of products do you carry or services do you provide?
We carry a significant range of shaving products from our home country, such as Vie-Long shaving brushes, La Toja, Floid, Myrsol or Lea. We also offer other imported brands such as TOBS, Edwin Jagger, Simpson, Castle Forbes or MWF from UK, Fitjar (Norway), Musgo Real or Veleiro from Portugal, Proraso or Cella from Italy, Feather, Merkur, Handmade soap...etc
What inspired you to start your business?
Well, in 2009 when our daughter arrived we had to change something. In Spain unfortunately is not easy to combine work and family responsibilities. Our jobs didn’t allow us to really take care of our daughter. My wife working also in sales was leaving at 8am from home and coming back at 7pm. Similar schedule applies to me. So, it was not in our plan to leave at our daughter at the kina-garden at 8am and pick her up at 7pm. After thinking and considering different projects, both decided that she sould be the one taking the risk and sttoping with her job and move ahead establishing Gifts&Care.com. This gave to my wife some flexibility to combine responsibilities, job and family. So, she's the one full time looking after the shop and I enjoy participating in the forum and supporting her when time allows! The original target was to be able to supply any shaving product available in Spain carring a wide range of any local brands. Nowadys business has expanded been pretty international when it comes to brands available.

What is your favorite shave setup?
In my rotation Myrsol Emulsion both as pre or after is always there, Castle Forbes Lime or Proraso soap, Vie-Long 16505 two band, Merkur Progress, Iridium right now, AS I’m fan of balms Proraso and now enjoying very much Fitjar Folgefonn since I learnt about it.
What are your hobbies and favorite activities?
I enjoy playing football (soccer as is called in USA). I guess that due to age not many years left to keep playing!
What else should the members of B&B know about you?
I'm wet shaving since late eighties. At that time there were not many products to choose from in Spain, so I started with my dad equipment, Vie-Long shaving brush and Lea shaving cream. I could never imagine the range of products we have available right now from anywhere in the world.
We always invite customers to send us questions, suggestions, complains...etc, from every e-mail/contact we learn and try to be better.
