I used "Buy It Now" to buy some Derby blades from an "authorized" seller on Nov. 1. I paid immediately. I sent an e-mail asking if they had shipped on Nov. 7. It's now Nov. 9, and I haven't heard anything at all. Should I be concerned? :confused:

I wouldn't worry just yet since some of those vendors only ship on certain days of the week & not everyday. If you don't get a response or your blades in a few days, I would file a complaint.

Wait till after the (long) weekend.

If there's still no response to your question just send a little reminder e-mail. Nothing scary, just enough to make sure they received your previous communication. If after a full seven days you have no response do whatever it takes. Following this method you allow for the people who are so ridiculously busy they either haven't had time to respond or simply didn't see your e-mail. Plus it helps your case that you've made reasonable attempts at communication should you have to do a claim.

If the seller is "derby-exclusive" on ebay then i think you do not have to worry. If i am not mistaken he is a member of B&B. Just send him a PM and see whats wrong.

That's the one, although the only similar member name here has 0 posts, so I'm afraid that won't help. :frown:

He ran a nice sale on Derby blades to B&B members a while ago. My recollection is that it took a couple of weeks to get the blades I ordered. He's good.

If its Naci from derby-exclusive, don't worry, you're going to get those blades.

Just got a reply e-mail today - he's been travelling, hence the slow response. No worries, just wanted to make sure I was dealing with someone you guys trusted.
