My order arrived and I was off to the races. Well not exactly...I was in a rush to get to a halloween party....

So, I shower and go through a shaving routine fabricated from what I have gleaned here and from my many years dealing with my face. First I leave my face wet grab my 2 dollar Target bowl and put a almond size dollop of T&H UC in the bowl (its really a almond size too) . Second I grab my SR3118 (well soaked) give her a light flick and go to town on the creme ( sorry folks no further pictures) . I whip and add a wee bit of water, and come to a point where I figure its time to use it. WRONG ! even though it reminded me of a meringue, its too dry. First pass is like using mudd, or maybe molasses. I add more water and things get better..don't remember much more as I was at that party.

Day two things were much better....to the point were I was even noticing what was going on. Note to self thank the guy who made the brush. Yes I already know I like the Savile Row, darn thing just felt good. The Merkur HD did it's job and felt good in the hand. While the Merkur blade tugged and will probably be leaving the stable in the long run. The T&H UC felt ok, smelled ok, but it would be unfair to rate it at this point ( see day one...lol). I have how ever gone to The Body Shop and procured a couple of samples of their creme....

I like the brush stand; where'd you get it?

QED, it's the one that's not listed.....anywhere. It's the one that "fits the SR3118".

oh yes... "The SR4224 is $12.00. Charles QED" from my e-mail with Charles
