Well, I'm officially in. Got a Gillette 1957 3-piece Tech in newish condition. Even has the paper instructions that fit in the head. Paid $26.

I need to make two minor corrections from my OP. The Tech is 1957 and I paid $26. I went back and looking at my invoice and saw my errors. No big deal but wanted to get the data right.

Also, I have seen where some don't care for the handle with the ball end. Anyone out there have a comment on this handle style?

Congrats on the sweet Tech. I've got a very old and ugly one and it's still my best shave (at least so far). Works better for me than any of my Superspeeds. The DE89l is fantastic but I love shaving with the vintage razors.

Very nice, Those are Solid Handles and you dont have to worry about it cracking like the older ball end types, Nice score. Congrats and welcom to B&B :o)
