Hi,
I bought Tabac soap and cream at the same time. I tried cream first and did not like it because I found that it dries my face. It lathers great but it make my face very very dry and I felt it is very runny. Now my question is
Does soap has same consistency of lather or it is thicker? I like AOS soap consistency. So is it close to AOS

The Soap is rich, protective and slick, load with a damp Brush. When Building your Lather add water slowly, it can and will absorb water, I'd recommend taking it beyond the "sweet spot"/where the lather is ready. Keep adding water until the lather breaks down, this will give you a good idea how much water can be absorbed before becoming unusable. Other shavers find using "Marco's Method" with this soap works well, either way this soap is virtually Fool-Proof.
The Cream is a good product, but takes a bit more product than most, I'd recommend starting with a measured length of ~2" with a damp Brush. The Lather will not be fluffy but yogurt like & dense, not fluffy, it provides a nice slickness and softens the whiskers when left on ~1 minute before starting the shave. Try the same procedure I've recommended for the soap, taking it past the "Sweet Spot", if it doesn't work for you I'd say use it in combination with the Soap or PIF it. Hope I've helped you.

I've found the Tabac soap to be very nice.
You've already got it so give it a shot.
